Born on the beautiful island of St. Croix, U. S. Virgin Islands, Kenya earned her degree in Business Management and Administration and Marketing.
For the last seven years after acquiring her Realtor’s license, Kenya has consistently been providing top-notch customer service in the greater Baytown, Houston, and surrounding areas, making her a highly sought-after agent. Her astute business acumen and true love for sales leadership abilities have been pivotal in expanding her business to now include her being a Real Estate Broker and opening her own real estate brokerage firm, Elite 5 Star Realty.
As a real estate broker, she attributes her success to honesty, consistent communication, and educating her clients throughout the whole process. Her passion for the industry shows through the lasting relationships she has created with her clients beyond the transaction stage. “A real estate transaction is hectic, often riddled with complications and lots of procedures, but I try to make it as smooth as possible.” she adds. Kenya acts as the referral guide through the entire process; from viewing to the closing stage. She also offers guidance through the contract process ensuring that her clients get the best deal.
She is recognized as a Certified Negotiation Expert by the National Association of Realtors, a Sellers Representative Specialist, and an Accredited Buyers Representative.
Kenya is equally passionate about giving back to the community and is always working on goals to improve someone’s life. In 2013, she founded a non-profit organization, Still I Rise, LLC (SIRF). She is currently an active member with other non-profit organizations such as Baytown Habitat for Humanity, Baytown Junior Forum, and many more organizations in the Baytown and Houston areas, where she offers support through donations and volunteering her time and resources to assist the community.
