Born on the beautiful island of St. Croix, U. S. Virgin Islands, Kenya earned her degree in Business Management and Administration and Marketing.

For the last seven years after acquiring her Realtor’s license, Kenya has consistently been providing top-notch customer service in the greater Baytown, Houston, and surrounding areas, making her a highly sought-after agent. Her astute business acumen and true love for sales leadership abilities have been pivotal in expanding her business to now include her being a Real Estate Broker and opening her own real estate brokerage firm, Elite 5 Star Realty.

As a real estate broker, she attributes her success to honesty, consistent communication, and educating her clients throughout the whole process. Known for her career in the Housing Apartment Industry since 2005, Ayanna gained her love for helping families find a place to call home.

A Texas resident all of her life, Ayanna grew up and was raised in the laidback town of Anahuac; however, her birthplace and much younger childhood days were in the Greater Fifth Ward area in the City of Houston.
